Meet The Team
Co-President & Partner
Mr. Kuldip Singh Sethi
Kuldip Singh Sethi, one of the founders of KSSGG Builders, began his career as a cloth merchant in 1955 before transitioning to the construction industry in 1972. He initially focused on projects in Lucknow, Kanpur, and Lakhimpur before expanding into Uttarakhand. As the first generation of three currently working at KSSGG Builders, Kuldip collaborates closely with his son, nephew, and grandson. Revered as the "encyclopaedia" of the company, he has also retained three generations of staff, a testament to his exceptional leadership and commitment to the business.

Mr. Gagan Goyal
Gagan Goyal became a key part of KSSGG Builders in the early 2000s, making significant contributions to the Jolly Grant Airport project. Recognizing the exceptional quality of work delivered by Kuldip Singh Sethi, Gagan was inspired to collaborate with him, adopting the shared commitment to on-time delivery and uncompromising quality as his core values. Starting his career in mining and road construction, Gagan transitioned to the broader construction field, where he identified and capitalized on a market gap. His deep understanding of market dynamics allows him to anticipate industry needs and strategically plan for the future. A visionary leader with commendable work ethics, he continues to drive the company's growth and success.

Mr. Ramji Sethi
Ramji Sethi, originally from Delhi, saw the promise of Uttarakhand's emerging market and made the strategic decision to move to Dehradun to expand his career in the construction sector. Despite the change in location, he felt right at home, thanks to the warm, family-like welcome from the KSSGG team. Under the mentorship of Kuldip Singh Sethi and Gagan Goyal, Ramjee has flourished within the company, contributing to its continued growth and success.

Mr. Rajender Singh Sethi
Rajendar Singh Sethi, the son of Kuldip Singh Sethi, joined KSSGG Builders in 1981 and brings 45 years of experience to the construction industry. Known as a powerhouse in project execution, he excels at multitasking and is a vital force in bringing projects to life. Beyond his construction expertise, Rajendar is multifaceted—he designs drones and planes, indulges in photography, enjoys biking, and has a keen eye for design.
